What should I wear during the massage?
- You can wear comfortable clothing or nothing at all, as we provide sheets and towels for your privacy. If you're concerned about modesty, feel free to discuss this with your therapist beforehand.
Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?
- Yes, we recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and to relax before your session.
What if I have specific health concerns?
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies during the booking process or upon arrival. This allows us to tailor the session to your needs and ensure your safety.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
- We have a 12 -hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fee of $35.00. As card will be saved at the time of booking and charged out after the session or if canceled in the 12-hour window.
Is gratuity included in the price?
- Gratuity is not included in the service price.
What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payment options. Please confirm with us if you have a specific payment preference.
Are there any age restrictions for massages?
- Generally, clients must be at least 18 years old to receive a massage without parental consent. We do offer prenatal massages for expectant mothers, and we can discuss options for younger clients on a case-by-case basis.
What can I expect during my first visit?
- During your first visit, you'll have a brief consultation with your therapist to discuss your needs, preferences, and any health concerns. This helps ensure a personalized and effective experience.
